Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 04 September 2017 received 13 October 2017.

2. Above reference pertains to the conduct of maintenance dredging operation by J.E.MANALO & CO., INC. from October 18, 2017 to December 01, 2017 along inner entrance channel, basin and berth of International Containers Terminal Service Inc. (ICTSI), MICT south access road, Port Area, Manila. The dredge material will be discharge by trailing suction hopper dredger “Vitus Bearing” in a staggered gridline rectangular filing in Manila bay bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercraft transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned area are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times. 

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
