Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite PC378-1017-011.
2. The Philippine Navy vessel PC378 will conduct Naval Test Fire on 01 Oct 17 at vicinity 12 Nautical Mile West Off Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte. However due to operational commitment subject craft was deployed, the said activity was rescheduled on 01 October to 14 November 17 and change of Gunnex area from Mohajul, Basilan bounded with the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 07º 40.012’ N | Longitude 122º 51.836’ E |
| Point C | Latitude 07º 30.018’ N | Longitude 122º 51.838’ E |
| Point D | Latitude 07º 30.018’ N | Longitude 122º 41.639’ E |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
