Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central  Visayas dated 24 October 2017.

2. Lighted Buoy located at vicinity water off Lauis Ledge Cebu Channel or Latitude 10 Deg 14 mins 6.1 sec North, Longtitude 123 Deg 53 mins 13.8 sec East was REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 22 October 2017.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
