Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0417-045
2. Per reference, it has been observed that civilian watercraft to include yachts (local and foreign) are entering Ulugan Bay, Palawan to reprovision and rest overnight (RON) or to anchored while conducting tour in mainland Palawan, for the information, Ulugan Bay is a military reservation area with the following coordinates:

3. Further, all request to transit shall summit to Head Quarters Western Command or Head Quarters Naval Forces West (ATTN: 3’S/UOC) with CP NRS 0917-8960014 and 0917-5311677, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Fourteen (14) days prior upon entering said area for the approval.
4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
