1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 18 April 2017.

2. The Cebu Provincial Sports Commission will conduct Cebu dragon boat race to be participated by both Philippines and International club crew dragon boat teams held on 27-30 April 2017 at the vicinity of Cebu Yacht Club along Mactan channel or bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity are advised to take note of the information.
