Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon, dated 11 August 2017 received 15 August 2017.

2. LS Capones located at Capones Island or at Latitude 14 deg 55 mins 09 sec North, Longitude 120 deg 00 mins 12 sec East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 11 August 2017 with light characteristics of FLASHING RED EVERY 5 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
