Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Radio Message Cite OPNS-0617-002 received 16 Aug 2017.

2. LS Balanacan located at Brgy Balanacan, Morpog, Marinduque or at Latitude 13 deg 32 min 00 sec North, Longitude 121 deg 51 min 55 secs East was successfully RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since May 16, 2017 with light characteristics of FLASHING 3 EVERY 15 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
