Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Radio Message Cite OPNS-0817-003 received 16 Aug 2017.

2. LS Arenas located at De la Paz, Batangas or at Latitude 13 degs 37 mins 21 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 04 mins 42 secs East was successfully RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since August 02, 2017 with light characteristics of FLASHING WHITE EVERY 5 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
