Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Operations-Port Agency Services BENLINE Agencies Phil. Inc. dated August 11, 2017.

2. EGS ASIA LIMITED has been tasked to conduct marine survey for HONG KONG – GUAM Submarine Cable System (HK-G). The HONG KONG – GUAM Submarine Cable System (HK-G) is a point to point undersea fiber-optic telecommunication that will provide the connectivity between Hong Kong and Guam. The objective of the cable route survey in the Philippines is to acquire Bathymetric at the proposed area to confirm the preliminary routes in order to find a suitable routing for cable system design, deployment survivability and subsequent maintenance. R/V NORTHERN ENDEAVOUR, a foreign flag vessel will carry out this survey works in the Southern part of Babuyan Group of Island and will commence on August 25, 2017 until September 23, 2017. Attached is the route position list HKG Segment S1 TKO- Guam 1.1 to 1.4 for reference.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
