Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region Central Luzon dated 01 August 2017.
2. The Philippine, being the host country of the ASEAN 2017, will be hosting nine (9) ASEAN MEETINGS from 01 to 20 August 2017 to be attended by foreign and local delegates from ASEAN member countries. To ensure the security and safety of the participants, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) will enforce a “No Sail Zone” at the seawaters of the said vicinity bounded by the following coordinates:

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Chief of Staff Armed Forces of the Philippines, General Eduaro M Año AFP, dated April 19, 2017.
2. The Trilateral Cooperative Arrangement (TCA) among Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines dated 14 July 2016 and the 3rd Joint Working Group Meeting (JWG) on TCA held in Jakarta, Indonesia on March 8-10, 2017, the three signatories to the TCA, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines agreed for the establishment of transit Corridors within the Area of Maritime Interest (AMI), which covers the common maritime areas. The transit corridors will serve as safety areas which will be patrolled by the three Countries to allow commercial traffic safe passage. The limit of the areas bounded by the following coordinates:

2. LS Sabang located at Barangay Sabang, Baler Aurora or at Latitude 15 deg 45 min 25 secs North, Longitude 121 deg 34 min 30 secs East was successfully RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since July 21, 2017.
