Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 13 October 2017 received 14 December 2017.
2. Per above reference, the City of Talisay City, Cebu issued a protecting the Three (3) Marine Sanctuary/ Marine Protected areas from being damaged by Marine vessels passing and anchoring in the vicinity waters off Talisay City, Cebu bounded by following coordinates:
