Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol.

2. LS Paracale located at Brgy Poblacion, Norte, Paracale, Camarines Norte or at Latitude 14 Deg 17 mins 08.4 secs North, Longtitude 122  deg 47 mins 11.36 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING as of 18 December 2017 with light characteristics of FLASHING 2 WHITE LIGHTS EVERY 5 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
