Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Radio message from Commander, Coast Guard District Western Visayas dated February 08, 2017.
2. The IloIlo Paraw Regatta Foundation Incorporated., will hold they 45th Iloilo Paraw Regatta. It will be highlighted by the Paraw Regatta Competition on February 19, 2017, the race will start on 0700H and will last until 1500H. It will cover the area of Tatoy’s Manokan Restaurant Vicinity, Sto. Niño Sur, Iloilo City to Iloilo straight up to the front of Mc Arthur Wharf, Buenavista, Guimaras and bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
