Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District Western Visayas dated 10 July 2017.

2. LS Tuliptilon located at Barangay Culipapa, Negros Occidental or at Latitude 09 degs 30 mins 00 secs North, Longitude 122 degs 32 mins 15 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 30 June 2017.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
