2. Per reference, The Asean 2017 is held in the Philippines and attended by considerable number of foreign and local delegates from the Asean member countries, involves series of activities in elected regional places of the country. The PCG is enforcing “NO SAIL ZONE” to all ships/water crafts transiting the vicinity of Radisson Blu Hotel, North reclamation area, Cebu City from 29 June to 08 July 2017, bounded with the following coordinates:
