Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 27 February 2017.
2. The ASEAN Meeting 2017, which is presently being held in the Philippines and attended by considerable number of foreign and local delegates from ASEAN member countries, involve series of activities in elected regional places of the country. Said series of activities started on 05 January to 14 December 2017.
3. In line with this, pleas be inform that the Philippine Coast Guard is enforcing “No Sail Zone” at the vicinity with bounded by the following coordinates:
