Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.   Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0317-104

2.  The Philippine Navy vessel inform that Radio Message Cite SCDO-0317-083 dated 121921H March 2017 that they conduct of Special Operational Readiness Evaluation and test firing of naval guns of  PS38 with PC204 as coi during series of evolution from 15-17 March 2017 at vicinity 14 nautical mile SouthWest off Luzon point., Mariveles, Bataan is Belayed. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
