Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Northern Mindanao Luzon dated 08 September 2017 received 12 September 2017.

2. LS Gingoog located at Poblacion, Gingoog City or at Latitude 09 Deg 58 mins 00 sec North, Longtitude 125 deg 09 mins 00 sec East REPORTED NOT OPERATING with light characteristics of FLASHING GREEN LIGHTS EVERY 5 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
