1. Reference: Massage from Commander Maritime Safety Services Command dated 07 December 2018.
2. The Maritime Safety Services Command (MSSC) through Aids to Navigation Service (ANS) has dispatched two (2) personnel to assist the Philippine Ports Authority personnel in the installation of Marine Aids to Navigation at port of Salomague, Ilocos Sur and Curimao Port ilocos Norte last 22 November 2018.

2. Above reference pertains to the Maritime Incident occurred last 12 December 2018 regarding dredger barged “PMI-16” submerged sixty nine (69) meters depth at latitude 09 deg 49.745 North, longitude 122 deg 21.538 East or at vicinity waters of Anjouan Island, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
