Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Southeastern Mindanao dated 02 July 2018.

2. The Anti-Piracy Exercise participated by Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Japan Coast Guard (JCG) will be held at Southern Mindanao. Said exercise will be a passing exercise (PASSEX) and will involve COMELEX involving ReCAAP-ISC, JCG and PCG. Japan Coast Guard (JCG) vessel TSUGARU, MRRV-4401 and MRRV-4410 will be the participating vessels in said exercise on 04 July 2018, bounded with the following coordinates: 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
