1.  Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quibael, Assistant Operations-Port Agency Services, Benline Agencies Philippines, Inc dated 04 June 2018.

2. The EGS ASIA LTD. thru MB HAMMITY will conduct cable route survey (The JUPITER CABLE System) in Daet, Camarines Norte. The JUPITER CABLE System (JUPITER) is a Trans-Pacific undersea fiber-optic telecommunications cable that link United States, Japan and Philippines. The landing point in the Philippines is the PLDT Landing station in Daet, Camarines Norte. A marine survey will be carried out prior to cable installation. The route survey of the said cable system will be carried out by EGS (Asia) Ltd. as a survey contractor appointed by Tyco Electronics Subsea Communication LLC (TE SUBcom). Said cable route survey will start from 07 June to 21 June 2018, bounded by the following coordinates:
