Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Massage from Commander Coast Guard District Northwestern Luzon dated 18 June 2018.
2. The installation of three (3) private buoys of Shell Corporation San Fernando, La Union were carried out through the supervision and assistance of CGDNWLZN SOU, MSSU and CGS San Fernando personnel. Following are the locations of the newly installed buoys:
| Port Hand Marked Lighted Buoy Nr. 1 | Lat: 16° 38’17.00” N | Long: 120°17’59.00” E |
| Port Hand Marked Lighted Buoy Nr. 2 | Lat: 16° 38’10.00” N | Long: 120°17’37.00” E |
| Port Hand Marked Lighted Buoy Nr. 3 | Lat: 16° 37’59.00” N | Long: 120°18’06.00” E |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
