Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference:  Memorandum from Director, Coast Guard Action Center dated 09 March 2018.

2. Above reference pertains to the email from LCDR JEREMY R OBENCHAIN USCG that the National Data Buoy Center Deep Assessment reported the adrifting of Tsunami (Dart) Buoy near the Philippine Water’s. Buoy hull (2.6D79) from station 52403 went adrift on 20 October 2017, currently located at 150 miles East of the Philippine Islands and is travelling West at the speed of 0.8 knots.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information. Report immediately to this Headquarters (attn: CGAC/CG-8) of any information pertaining the above subject.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
