1. Reference: Message from Commander Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon dated 01 March 2018.
2. The Waterfront Manila Premier Development Inc. in coordination with the City Government of Manila is scheduled to conduct offshore drilling of around fourteen holes to collect soil sample between the South side of South Harbor and North side of Manila Yacht Club for the proposed 318 Hectares Reclamation Project at Manila Bay, bounded with the following coordinates:
