Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.   Reference: Message from Commander Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon dated 02 March 2018.

2.  The Dumduma Construction and Trading Corp. handles the Metro Manila Skyway Stage-3, the San Juan River Viaduct Project will pass through the Pasig River and it was already coordinated with the DPWH-NCR, PRRC, Local Government Units of City of Manila, City of San Juan, City of Mandaluyong and Quezon City, bounded with the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
