Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.          Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas.

2.          LS MABINI located Mabini Higatangan Island, Biliran Province or at Latitude 11 degs 34 mins 15 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 15 mins 40 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every 5 seconds REPORTED OPERATING since August 29, 2018.

3.         In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4.        The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
