Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region- Central Luzon dated 24 January 2020.
2. Above reference pertains to the continuous restoration of coastal and marine ecosystem of the Manila Bay Region. A different groups from Mandatus agencies, other Government Agencies, Local Government Units, Non-Government Organizations, Academic Institutions, Private Sector, Religious Groups, and other Civic organizations will converge and participate in various activities to highlight the accomplishments ongoing plans and undertakings relative to the Battle for Manila Bay: A Year After. PCG will conduct Maritime Safety and Security Operations and will deploy/ Preposition floating assets of PCG to ensure the safety and security of the participants on the date and maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
