1. Reference: Letter from Mark B. Pamplona, Logistic, Sr. Supervisor of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. dated 21 February 2020. 

2. The Supply Oilfield Services Inc. will conduct Well Plug and Abandon Campaign for approximately two-weeks starting on 01 April 2020 at offshore Northwest Palawan thereby utilizing M/V Ena Wizard, owned and operated by Eastern Navigation Pte Ltd. The campaign activity is an offshore block service contract under SC-14 A&B between Philodrill Corporation and the Department of Energy (DOE). Coordinates of well location is 11°25.817’ N, 119°03.726’ E. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned area on the said date are advised to an exclusion zone distance within 500m from the operation and to take precautionary measures at all times.
