Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Paragraph 7 of Resolution Nr. 11 of Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Infectious Disease.

2. Per above reference “No Sail” shall be implemented to all water conveyances carrying passengers calling to and from any ports of Metro Manila in connection with the Presidential Proclamation No. 922 Declaring a State of Public Health Emergency through the Philippines. All Coast Guard Districts shall ensure that no domestic passenger vessels and passenger motorbancas will be allowed to depart from any of the ports under it’s AOR if the next port of call is any port in Metro Manila. Likewise, CGDNCR-CL shall ensure that no domestic passenger vessels and passengers motorbancas will be allowed to depart from any port of Metro Manila effective 14 0800H March 2020.

3. In this connection, all domestic passenger ships/watercrafts are advise to take note of information.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
