1. Reference: Approved LOI 01-2020 (21st National Maritime Week and 25th National Seafarers Day) dated 20 September 2020  

2. In line with the celebration of the 25th National Seafarers Day with the theme “Seafarers are Keyworkers”, the Philippine Coast Guard will conduct wreath laying activity onboard PCG vessels at vicinity waters of Manila Bay on maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:
