2. On or about 13 1447H April 2021, Coast Guard District Northwestern Luzon received an email from Command Center regarding distress alert involving Dimitris L, a bulk carrier vessel with IMO number 9216454 and MMSI number 239860000 sailing under the flag of Greece at Latitude 17º 57.7’ North, Longitude 119º 43.3’ East or at vicinity 41 NM North West off Cabugao, Ilocos Sur on dates and maritime areas indicated.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas are advised to be on lookout of said distress alert and render the necessary assistance when needed.
