1. Reference: Incident Report via Viber from Coast Guard Command Center dated 08 July 2021

2. On or about 080210H July 2021, a Collision incident involving M/V Palawan Pearl and BKM 104 occurred outside Break Water, Manila Bay Anchorage area or at maritime areas indicated below:

 Lat 14° 35.201’ N, Long 120° 57.109’ E

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4.The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
