Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Martin Copon III, Assistant Vice President, Project and Heavylift, Royal Cargo

2. Semi-Submersible Heavylift Transport Vessel “BLUE MARLIN” will conduct cargo discharging operations of the following vessels within the vicinity waters of Manila Bay from 18 May 2021 to 24 May 2021:

·         Flattop workshop barge Bronte

·         Multipurpose vessel BKM104

·         Multipurpose vessel Kim

·         Dredge Support Tug BKS292

·         Dredge Support Tug Guayas

3. The said activity is in line with the dredging and land development activities for the implementation of the New Manila International Airport Project of the Government under the auspices of the Department of Transportation bounded by the following coordinates with safety exclusion zone of approximate one (1) nautical mile around the operations:

Latitude:         14º 33.6’ 00” N

Longitude:    120º 49.4’ 00” E

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said dates are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

5.  The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
