Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Northeastern Mindanao dated 19 May 2021

2. The LS LAPINIGAN located at Kabujuan Islet, Brgy Lapinigan, Claver, Surigao del Norte or at Lat 09°34’57” N, Long 125°46’57” E with light characteristics of Flashing White every 5 seconds is OPERATING as of 12 May 2021.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
