Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard Special Operations Force dated 04 October 2021

2. The Coast Guard Special Operations Force (CGSOF) through the Special Operations School (CGSOS) is currently conducting the Female Rescue Divers Course Class 04-2021. The said class is composed of five (5) Officers and seven (7) non-officers. Part of the training Curriculum includes Open Water/Sea Evolution for the students to familiarize their buoyancy in different water forms. The activity will include the following evolutions, to wit: Unaided and Aided Surface Swim, Horizontal and Vertical Unaided and Aided Diving, Free buoyant Ascent, Underwater Search, Underwater Compass Navigation, Dive Rescue Techniques, 1 mile Swim with Aqua Lung, 3 Mile Swim, 120 Feet Dive, Decompression Dive (120ft), Proficiency Diving. Said activity will conducted at Manila South breakwater from 05 October to 05 November 2021 on maritime areas indicated below:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
