Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message Cite CGDNELZN-D8-1021-001 dated 07 October 2021

2. Per above reference, on or about 07 2156H October 2021, Philippine Coast Guard Command Center received an email from MRCC PUTRAJAYA regarding Distress Alert of KENCANA RAYA a Malaysian flag with MSSI number 53620000 at Latitude 18º 15’ North, Longitude 128º 42’ East or at vicinity approximately 363.76 NM east off Sta. Ana, Cagayan.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas are advised to be on lookout of said distress alert and render the necessary assistance when needed.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
