1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Ruth F. Musa, Asst. Operations Manager- Marine Agency Services & Offshore, Ben Line Agencies Philippines Inc. dated 17 September 2021
2. The Multipurpose vessel “NOVA” owned by BW Marine B.V. and operated by Boskalis Philippines Inc. will utilized for the dredging and land reclamation at Manila Bay prior to the Harbor City Reclamation Projects. The vessel is schedule to arrive on 30 September 2021 and the projects’ estimated duration is 2-4 years bounded by the following coordinates:
