Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message Cite CGDNELZN-D8-0921-005 dated 22 September 2021

2. Per above reference, on or about 21 1929H September 2021, Philippine Coast Guard Command Center received an email from Philippine Aeronautical Rescue Coordination Center (PARCC) regarding Distress Alert at Latitude 17º 13.73’ North, Longitude 124º 17.93’ East or at vicinity approximately 102.95 NM east off Dicotcotan beach, Palanan, Isabela.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas are advised to be on lookout of said distress alert and render the necessary assistance when needed.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
