Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon dated 20 September 2021

2. The LS DIURA located Diura Port, Basco, Batanes or at Lat 20° 40’ 32” N, Long 121° 57’ 40” E with light characteristics of Flashing White every 5 seconds is NOT OPERATING as of 12 September 2021.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
