Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Ruth F Musa, Project Manager- Offshore, Ben Line Agencies Philippines Inc. dated 10 February 2022
2. Flat Top Barge “MSP 2” owned by Boskalis Westminister Shipping B. V and operated by Boskalis Philippines Inc. will be utilized for the dredging and land reclamation at Manila Bay prior to the Harbor Reclamation Project. The said vessel arrived on 24 December 2021 and start her work on 09 February 2022 until 09 August 2022 bounded by the following coordinates:
