Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District NCR-Central Luzon dated 03 March 2022

2. The Pasay Harbor City Corp will utilized the following local flagged vessel to conduct Geo-technical investigation activities in support to dredging works at 1,400 hectares San Nicholas Shoal Offshore Borrow Area with coordinates covered by NOTAM NUMBER 333-2021 dated 08 November 2021, NOTAM NUMBER 345-2021 dated 17 November 2021 and NOTAM NUMBER 012-2022 dated 15 January 2022.

LOCAL FLAGGED VESSELS:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
