Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel B. Quibael, Assistant Operations Manager – Port Ageny Services Ben Line Agencies Philippines Corp., dated 27 March 2019.
2. Per above reference, BENLINE AGENCIES PHILIPPINES INC. are the appointed agents for the vessel CS “CABLE RETRIEVER”, owned by INTERNATIONAL CABLESHIP PRIVATE LIMITED and operated by GLOBAL MARINE SYSTEMS LIMITED. The said vessel arrived on the 22nd of March 2019 at the Port of Subic, Zambales in preparation for their cable repair. The vessel will sail to the area of Coron, Palawan and conduct underwater cable repair, testing and laying operations from 29 March to 27 April 2019 bounded with the following coordinates:
