Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from ELVIN B DE LEON, Resource Geologist Avalar Mining Corporation.

2. Per above reference, Avalar Minning Corporation requested for the extension of Notice to All Mariners (NOTAM) No. 034-2019 issued last 20 February 2019 regarding the on-going initial geotechnical drilling for marine sediment exploration study in western offshore area of Cavite City, Cavite from 15 April to15 May 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
