Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Rad Message from Acting Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 12 July 2019.

2. LS PULUPANDAN located at Port Area, Baragngay Zone 5 Pulupandan, Negros Occidental or at Latitude 10°31’11.39’’ North Longitude 122°47’40.27” East with light characteristics of flashing red every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 12 July 2019. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of above-mentioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
