1. Reference: Letter from Simeon C. Laguna Jr, Vice President of Manila Goldcoast Development Corporation dated 24 July 2019.

2. Per above reference, Manila Goldcoast has contracted KWAN SING Construction Corporation to conduct a Geotechnical investigation for the Solar Reclamation Project at Solar Reclamation Area, Manila Yacht Club Area, Manila City. Said activities will be undertaken between 29 July 2019 to 29 August 2019 using Jack-up pontoons assisted by a crane barge and tugboat in service of the contractor.
