Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.        Reference: Letter from Elvin B. De Leon, Resource Geologist, Avalar Mining Corporation dated February 20, 2019.

2       Above reference pertains to the letter of Elvin B. De Leon, Resource Geologist, Avalar Mining Corporation that due to unforeseen circumstances did not finished their exploration study within declared period of works from December 1, 2018 to January 15, 2019.  Consequently, their marine sediment exploration study in the western offshore of Cavite City, Cavite has been extended from January 15, 2019 to April 15, 2019 at the areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3.         In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4.         The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
