Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 06 July 2019.

2. LIGHT BUOY PI-SHM 2, Lateral Starboard Hand Mark (Red) with coordinates Latitude 8°36’49.24’’ North Longitude 123°43’48.26’’ East with light characteristic of flashing 2 Red every five (5) seconds REPORTED NOT OPERATING as of 06 June 2019 due to defective solar panel and battery.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
