Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 06 June 2019.

2. LSHM-DU 4 RED BUOY located at vicinity waters of Port of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental or at Latitude 09°18’58.12’’ North Longitude 123°18’56.31’’ East with light characteristic of flashing 2 red every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 05 June 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
