Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Rad Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 17 June 2019.

2. LS ARGAOlocated at Taloot Argao, Cebu or at Latitude09°52’25’’ North Longitude 123°36’26”Eastwith light characteristics of flashing two (2) white every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 16June 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of above-mentioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
