Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter of Instruction Nr. 0219-010 ((BALIKATAN Exercise BK35-2019)

2. The Philippine Coast Guard will participate in the PH-US BALIKATAN Exercise 35-2019 (BK35-19) that will be conducted in Zambales, Lubang Island, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan and other strategic locations in the country identified by the AFP from 25 March to 12 April 2019 with either Secretary of National Defense SEC DELFIN N LORENZANA or US Ambassador to the Philippines SUNG KIM as the Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS) bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
